$249/Month for 3 Months. Everything In.
A flat monthly rate that covers all medication, all supplies, and substantial physician access throughout the program (per the Care Policy posted on the patient portal). Three months. $747 total. No surprise invoices, no add-on fees, no auto-renewal.
Priced for Real Care, Not for the Race to the Bottom.
A bare-bones GLP-1 subscription is cheaper. A specialist obesity-medicine practice costs more. $249/month puts WOP in between on purpose.
The extra over a subscription app pays for unlimited physician time, integrated metabolic + hormonal evaluation, a hormone panel you wouldn’t otherwise get, all supplies included, and hands-on titration. The savings against a traditional specialist practice come from telehealth efficiency — not from cutting clinical corners. If you want the cheapest GLP-1 mailer available, we’re not it. If you want real medical care delivered through a telehealth model, this is what that costs.

Pricing Questions.
Is anything charged after 3 months?+
No. There’s no auto-renewal. If you and your physician decide to continue on a maintenance protocol, that’s a separate conversation with separate pricing — quoted before any further charge.
What if the labs rule me out?+
The affiliated physician will say so honestly before any further charge. Refunds cover the medication + lab portion of the program fee; consultation work performed is earned at the time of service.
Can I cancel mid-program?+
Yes. Before your next monthly charge, cancel and stop further billing. Months already paid out are pro-rated based on what’s been delivered — medication + lab portion is refundable for unshipped/unrun items; consultation fees are earned at the time of service.
Is insurance accepted?+
No. WOP is cash-pay by design. GLP-1 medications for weight management are generally not covered by insurance without a qualifying diagnosis (such as type 2 diabetes). Itemized receipts are available on request for HSA/FSA submission.
What does a maintenance protocol cost after month 3?+
Depends on the specific protocol your physician recommends. Typical range is lower than the active program rate and covers ongoing medication, supplies, and physician access. Specifics are quoted at your end-of-program consult.
Why is this more expensive than an app-based clinic?+
Honest answer: because unlimited physician time, integrated metabolic and hormonal evaluation, and a comprehensive hormone panel all cost real money to deliver. If minimum-viable GLP-1 access is what you want, a subscription app will be cheaper. If you want real physician partnership, this is roughly what that costs via telehealth.
